The attractively built Fig Tree Lodge in Tiverton is set in the grounds of The Larches and benefits from lovely views.
The accommodation has been carefully designed for supported living* and would be ideal for adults who need light-touch support to live independently.
Support is on site 24 hours a day and the accommodation has been designed to allow for privacy, whilst offering shared communal rooms where light and airy aspects make the most of the wonderful views towards the Grand Western Canal, Lowman Valley and Knightshayes Estate.
The accommodation has the benefit of gas central heating and is carpeted throughout.
There is a large entrance hall, large lounge with double aspect windows and an inner hall. There is also an on site carers bedroom.
The lodge offers accommodation for 3 people and has full disabled access with a bathroom including a Parker Bath designed for clients who have difficulties getting into a traditional bath. There is also a wet room shower for wheelchair users.
The kitchen is considerately designed with fitted low level kitchen units and wall cupboards, low level hob and eye level oven.
* Supported living is defined as persons with disabilities living where and with whom they want, for as long as they want, with ongoing support needed to sustain that choice. In this instance it does not include nursing care or individuals that require more intense support.
